1. A simulated environment

BitBreakout offers a simulated environment. Our goal is to create a safe and realistic environment where participants can learn and hone their trading skills. Discipline and good risk management are essential components of a successful strategy.

You trade with a virtual balance only. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, and none of your own money is ever at risk on the platform. The only real money involved is the cash prizes paid to contest winners.

2. Real crypto trading carries real risk

The contest uses live market data, but it is an educational and recreational product — not a brokerage, exchange or investment service. Nothing on BitBreakout is investment advice. Trading real cryptocurrency, and leveraged perpetual futures in particular, can lead to rapid and substantial losses. Never trade real funds you cannot afford to lose, and always do your own research before trading on any live exchange.

3. Keep it balanced

A contest should be enjoyable. Set yourself limits on the time you spend, take regular breaks, and don't let the competition affect your sleep, work, relationships or wellbeing. Skill, patience and discipline matter far more than constant screen time.

4. Who should take part

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to participate. BitBreakout is not available where prohibited by local law, and eligibility is verified at registration.

5. Getting support

If competing or trading — whether simulated or real — is causing you stress or affecting your daily life, please step back and take a break.
